BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared the undersigned, ~. VELMA "L. CLIFT
, who being first duly
sworn upon oath, deposes and says:
I am well acquainted with Harold E. Cabana, and
that I know of my own knowledge that he is one
in the same as H. E. Cabana named as Grantee in
a certain Warranty Deed dated November 11, 1971
to purchase property named as Lot 1274, Section•II,
Outdoor Resorts of America at Nettles Island; that
he is one in the same as Harold E. Cabana, Grantor,
who conveyed the same property, Lot 1274, Section II,
Outdoor Resorts of America at Nettles Island, under
a certain Quit Claim Deed dated February 10, 1972
to A.~J. Zaremski and Doloris~Zaremski.
