Lender the rentt of the Property. provided that Borrower shall. p~ar to accekratio~ under paragraph 18 hereof or abandoa-
ment of the Property, have the right to collect and retain such rents ao t4ey bocoa-e due and payabk.
Upon accelention u~der paragraph 18 hereof or abandonment of the Property. Lender shall be entitled to have a
rcceiver appoiated by a court to enter upon. take possession of and manage the Pmperty and to cotlect the rents of the
P~operty. includi~g those put due. All rents collected by the receive~ shall be applied first to payment of the costs of
management of the Pmperty and rnlle~tion of rents. including, but not limited to. roceiver's feat. premiums on roceiver's
bonds and reasonabk attorney's fea. and then to the sums socurod by this Mortgage. The receiver shall be liable to_account
only for those rents actually raxived.
21. ~tnre Ad~aece~s. Upon roquest by Borrower, ~ender. at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this
Mortgage. may malce Future Advanoes to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with interest thereon. shall _be secured by this
