ferred to therei~)~ the Hy-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro,jectc~d operatin~; budget, copy of sales
hrochure and floor plan of apartment piirchased by~purchaser. and all Amendments
to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of tiie Property Owners
Assoeiation; and Purchaser further acknok•lPdg~s receipt of an~ reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budEet, sales brochure and floor
plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision oF the foregoing is essen-
tial, to the successful operation and management of the Condominfum property
and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the oWners therein.
Purehaser and all a.~ners of parcels in the aforedescribe~i Condominium coven--
ant and agree to abide by .each and ever~~ proviston of taid Dcclaration and
Exhibits attached thereto. Pe~rchaser her~by ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions.of said Declar~tion of Condominium and Fxhibits
attached thereto, and aPrees that the assessm~nt iinder thP Property Otirner's
Assoeiation documents referred to above and thn provi~ions thereof are reason-
able~ fair and equitable, an~f said Purchaser acknoWledQ~s and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenant~ and Restrictiens of the Property Owner's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his oblip,ations under sai~t Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrietions, and said Purchaser a^sumes thc~ obligations as to thQ
Property Owner's Association as to his conriomini~~m parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all xarranties, representations, and ind~~cements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condom~niLen and £xhibits attached thereto, and
the coamon expenses and the sums due und~r the Propert~ Owner's Association and
other char~es are ~stimated only. No xarrant~~ or guaranty is made or intende~
nor may one be relic~d upon except Where the same is specifically warranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominium and E:chibits attached thereto.
