described in Paragraph 14, vhich identifies the superior lien
Claim. Borrower will satisfy the superior lien or take one of the
actions stated above Within 30 days. The 30-day period will begin
on ~he date the notice is mailed or, if it is not mailed, on the
date the notice is delivered.
By signing this Renegotiable Rate Nortgage Rider, I agree
to all of the above.
