NELSON , the Petitioner in this action for Dissolution Of Marriaqe, does siqn and file this Voluntary Dismissal of this action without prejudice on the date stated herein below. The undersigned does acknowledqe in filinq this Voluntary Dismissal that the law firm of BRAD CULVERHOUSE, ATTORNEY AT LAW, CHARTERED, has advised the undersianed of the consequences of filing this Voluntary Dismissal including the consequence that if the Petitioner should decide to refile this action that the Petitioner woul.d have to pay court costs aqain and would have to pay additional attornevs Fees and that the Petitioner could be liable for court costs incurred by the other party in this action.
