Florida. 3aid Robert G. Saryer, Jr. having deceased a~

ia this grantor.
This coaeyaace is made SUBJBCT to conditions, restrictions,
reservations, limitatioas and easeeents of record; snd
zoning and other regulatory ordinances.
The consideration for this deed is such that no ?ransfer
Stamps are required.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fally varrant
the title to said land, and will defend t~e save against the lavihl
