(1) The MORTGAGORS herein shall make within 15 days of the due
date herein, the payments called for in the first mortgage
now encumbering the herein described property, to the
MORTGAGEE herein at its office or some other place as desig-
nated by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(2) The MORTGAGORS herein shall at the request of the MORTGAGEE
herein, acknowledge in writing the existence of the herein
MORTGAGE and the amount still due hereunder, on an estoppel
form provided for this purpose by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(3) This is a second mortgage.
