BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared HERBERT P. COOK who upon first being duly sworn did
depose and say:
1. He is a son of the late Agnes Jane Rehard, a/k/a
Agnes J. Rehard and as such has knowledge of the facts stated
herein.
2. Agnes Jane Rehard was married to Vernon R. Rehard
as of the date they took title to the above real estate from
Violet Shott Pollak, as shown by warranty deed dated August 16,
1967, recorded in O.R. Book 167, page 2274.
3. The marriage between Agnes Jane Rehard and Vernon R.
Rehard was continuous and uninterrupted through the date of
Vernon R. Rehard's death on May 8, 1979.
Further affiant sayeth not.
