FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on before the undersigned Judge
of the above-styled Court upon the issues and the records, Jury
having been expressly waived by the parties, and the Court find
that as jurisdiction of the subject matter of the parties having,
received and approved the petitions submitted by SHIRLEY S.
HOTCHKISS, as parent and next friend of the minor plaintiff,
GABRIEL M. ANDERSON, and having approved this settlement for
the minor plaintiff, the Court finds in favor of the Plaintiff
against the Defendant; and,being fully advised on the premises,
it thereupon, upon consideration thereof,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, GABRIEL M_ ANDER-
SON, a minor, sueing by his next friend and natural parent,
SHIRLEY S. HOTCHKISS, shall have and recover of and from the
Defendant, EDNA S. DEILY and HARTFORD ACCIDENT AND INDEMINITY
COMPANY, a foreign corporation authorized to do business in
Florida, the sum of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO/100
($17,000.00); and it is further ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that SHIRLEY S. HOTCHKISS, as natural
mother arid next friend of GABRIEL M. ANDERSON, is authorized
to execute the full and complete release incorporated in the
