HomeMy WebLinkAbout0533P ~ PROMISSORY NOTE CO s6~s,ooo.oo Fort Pierce, Florida January 20, 1981 FOR VALUE RECEIVED the undersigned promises to pay to the order of GOLDY SHERADSKY, as to an undivided 65$ interest, SIDNEY PASTERNAK and DOROTHY PASTERNAK, his wife, as to an undivided 20$ interest, RALPH STERN as to an undivided 7.5$ interest and ESTHER STERN as to an u~divided 7.5$ interest, the principal sum of SIX HUNDRED, SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND and no/100----------------------------------- ($675,000.00) together with interest thereon from date at the rate of 12 per cent, per annum until maturity, said interest being payable annually on the 20th day of January each-year; both ~ principal and interest being payable in lawful money of the United States or its equivalent, at c/o said principal sum to be payable on the dates and in the amounts ~specified below, to wit: THIS NOTE is made payable in Five (5) equal annual principal payments plus simple interest on the unpaid principal balance at 12$ per annum. The first principal payment plus interest is due on or before the 20th day of January A.D., 1982. ~:ach maker and endorser severally waives~demand, protest and notice of maturity, non-payment or protest and all requirements necessary to hold each of them liable as makers and endorsers. Each maicer and endorser further agrees, jointly and severally, to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee in case the principal of this note or any payment~on the principal or any interest thereon is not paid at the respective r.taturity thereof, or in case it becomes necessary to protect the security hereof, whether suit be brought or not. This note and deferred interest payments shall bear interest at the rate of 12 per cent, per annum from maturity until paid. This note may be pre-paid in full or in part without penalty. This note is secured by a first mortgage of even date herewith and is to be construed and enforced according to the laws of the State of Florida;*upon default in the payment of principal and/or interest due on any note secured by said Mortgage, all notes so secured and remaining unpaid shall forthwith becor.te due and payable notwithstanding their tenor.
