FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before this
Court for trial without a jury on January 6, 1981, and this
Court having heard the evidence presented, it is upon con-
sideration
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: '
1. That upon hearing Plaintiff's case in chief, and
upon motion of the Defendant for a directed ~udgment, the motion
is granted. The Plaintiff, Gloria Dowse, f/k/a Gloria rToble,
shall take nothing from the Defendant, Robert T. Nobl~, upon her
amended complaint.
2. Upon considering the balance of the evidence pre-
sented, the Court finds in f~vor of the Counterdefendant, Gloria
Dowse, f/k/a Gloria Noble, and,against the Counterplaintiff,
Robert T. Noble. The Courterplaintiff, Robert T. Noble, shall
take nothing from the Counterdefendant, Gloria Dowse, on his
counterclaim.
3. Each party shall bear his or her own attorney fees
and costs in this proceeding.
