Registry of the Court; and it is
ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Clerk of this Court pay to
the Defendants, HOWARD E, FINK and JEAN P. FINK, the aforesaid
sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRE~ F1FTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS
($11,950.00) less any sums heretofore paid to the above-named
Defendants from the monies deposited in this cause by the
Plaintiff; and it is further
ORDERED that title to the following described property to-wit:
