KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that INDUSTRIAL NATIONAL BANK OF
RHODE ISLAND as Trustee under the Trust Agreement of T. Morton Curry of
North Kingstown, Rhode Island, dated October 31, 1974, as said Trustee
and in exercise of the power conferred upon it in said Trust Agreement
and by virtue of every other power and authority it hereunto enabling,
and in consideration of the sum of Nine Thousand Two Hundred (59,200.00)
Dollars to it paid by Jacob H. Speicher and Bonnie W. Speicher, his wife;
and Marcus B. Daves and Robin W. Daves his wife of Oakland Park, Florida,
the grantees, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, sells and con-
veys unto the said Grantees, Marcus B. Daves and Robin W. Daves,
Lot 20, Block 76, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE, UNIT FIVE (S), a Subdivision
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, at Page 12 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
Subject to taxes assessed December 31, 1979.
and the Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land and will
defend the same against the lawf ul claims of all persons whomsoever, ex-
cept taxes for year 1981 and subsequent, and restrictions, reservations,
limitations, coyenants, and easements of record, if any. ("Grantor and
Grantee" are used herein for singular or plural, the singula=..~1 in-
