Purchaser and all o~-ners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of~said Declaration and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of.said Declaration of Condon:inium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Orrner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnoWledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property OWner's Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations »nder said Declaratio~ of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser ass~~~:,,:s the obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condomi~ium parcel. Purchaser confirms that all raarranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Coridominiu~ and Exhibits attaehed thereto, and the com~on expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended nor may one be relied upon except Where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominiim and Exhibits attached thereto.
