Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknoaledges that this
purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub~ect
ir. every respect to the Declaration of Condominiun as to the condominii~n in
whieh his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim-
ited to (Whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominiun or re-
ferred to therein), the By-Laws of the Assoeiation, Articles of Incorporation,
the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales
brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation.
By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~mers
Association; and Purchaser further acknow-ledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
tial, to the suceessful operation and management of the Condominium property ~
and is in the best interests and for the benefit of a21 the oMmers therein.
Purchaser and all o~mers of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo~^ini~ and Exhibits
at~~ched thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Ormer's
Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
able, fair~and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Oimer's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under.said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assuc~~ss the obligations as to the
Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all rrarranties, representations, and inducenents, if any, are as contai~ed
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto, and
the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and
other charges are estimated on1y. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically Warranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration of Candomini~ and.Exhibits attached thereto.
