L[\~[ITED, INC. ussumed the indebtedness secured by sAid blortgage, and increased
the indebtedness to the principul sum of Thirteen lNillion Dollars (~13,000,000.00),
together with an Assignment of Leases, Rents und Profits re~oeded in Officisl
Record Book 299 at Page 1002, nnd UCC-1 Financing Statement recorded in
Official Record Book 29~ at Page 1008, ull of said documents filed .in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and in addition, a UCC-1 Financing
Statement filed with the Secretary of State, State of Florida, on December 7,
1978, u~der File No. 9fi6p09, between sa~d parties; and

relcase the premises and other ~ropcrty hereinnfter described, being a QArt of sAid
