non-profit corporation, the provisions of Whieh documents run with the land.
The Grantee hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Owner's
Association.
The benefits and obliga~tions hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective
parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to all the premises
hereby conveyed against all and every pers~n Whomsoever, taWfully claiming by,
through or under Grantor; and Will defend same against the laWful claims of
such persons claiming by, through, or under said Grantor.
