The urantee hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Oxner•s

heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective
parties hereto. Crantor does hereby fully irarrant title to a12 the premises
hereby conveyed against all and every pers~n whomsaever, '.awfully claiming by,
through or under Grantor; and will defend same against the lawful claims of
