referred to as "Mortga~or", by Mortgage Deed dateci the 28th day of
September, 1979, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Cir-
cuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Fl.oridA, in Official Record
Aook 317, Page 2409, mortgaged unto FIRST~NATIONAL BANK IN PALM BEACN,
a National Banking Corporation, its successors and ~ssigns, herein-
after referred to as "Mortgagee", the premises therein particularly
described, to secure tl~~ payment of the sum of Sc•vc•n Hundred Sixty
Thousand Dollars (S760,UOU.00) with interest as therein mentfoned:
AND WHEREAS, Mortgagor has rcquested Mortgagee to release the prem-
ises hereinafter descrihed, being part of the mortgaged property,
from the lien and operation of the Mortgage:

share of the COMMON ELEMENTS of the Condominium declared
in the Declaration to be appurtenant thereto; together
with all appurtenances thereto, including, without limi-
tation, the right of excltisive use of those areas, spaces
and portions of COl1M0-1 ELEMENTS of the Condominium,~ de-
c.lared in the Declaration of Condominium to be LIHITED
COMMON ELEMENTS of the Unit.
TO HAVE AND TO HOI.D the same, with the appurtenances, unto Mortgagor,
its heirs and assigns forever, freed,, exonerated and discharged of
and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; Provi•ded
alwa}~s, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anyway
impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the
aforesaid Mortgage of the remaining part of the mortgaged property
not hereby released therefrom, or an} of the rights and remedies of
