MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREF:MFNT
This Agreement made and entered into this ~~ day of
January, 1981 by and between NELGIE GUARINO, hereinafter referred
to as Mortgagee, and ROBERT K. GRAHAM, and EILEEN S. GRAHAM, his
wife RR~ixR4~i~RR7~xkxx~BdtMxx~R~xRR9~~tXxXxxS~R~kKxx#tXxXXXft4[. hereinafter
referred to as Mortgagors.
The parties do hereby acknowledgP the following facts
and agreements between themselves.
1. Mortgagee is the holder of a certain Note and
Mortqage dated as of November 2, 1972 and to be recorded
simultaneously herewith between BARBARA J. SMITH, a sinvle ~dult,
as Mortaagor and the Mortgagee herein covering property located in
St. Lucie Countv and described as follow: ~
LOT 13, BLOCK 80, RIVER PARK, UNIT 9, PART "B",
accordinq to the Plat thPreof as re~orded in Plat
Book 14, Paqes 4? and 47A, of the Public kecords
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. The above referred Mortgage is an unrecorded
Mortgage which shall be recorded simultaneously herewith and which
provides that the same is.not assumable without the prior written

3. The aforesaid property has been sold by BP.ftBARA J.
SMITH,~a single adult to the Mortgagors herein, and the Mortgaqors
request the assumption of said Mortc~aqe and obliqate themselves to
assume and agree tc; pay the same in accordance with the terms of
this Modification Agreement, which assumpti~n the Mort4aqee herein
consents to~.
4. Upon recording of this document, all of the terms
and conditions of the original Mortga4e dated as of November 2,
1972 shall continue to remain in full force and effect with *he
following mot3ifications thereto, which modifications are agreed
upon by all of the parties hereto.
A. The principal balance of indebtedness as of the
date of the execution hereof i~ acknowledged to be the sum of
$49,000.00.
B. Amortization thereof shall commence 30 days from
