C. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the ;

contrary, the entire balance of principal indebtedness shall be
fully due and payable within a period of ten years from the date
hereof.
D. Martqagors shall have the riqht to prepay all of
said indebtedness at any time without ~enalty and shall have the
further right of making partial prepayments in lump sums of
$10,000.00 each. In the event such Fartial prepayment is made, it
is agreed that the then remaininq balance of principal
indebtedness shall be amortized over the remaining life of the
Mortgage as.herein defined and the monthly amortization adjus~~ed
so as to pay the same within ~the then remaining period of time.
E. Mortgagors shall not have the right of conveying
~ the property subject to the terms of this Mortgage without the
prior written consent of the Mortgagee. ,
5. In alI other terms and respects the aforesai~
Mortgage dated as oi November 2, 1972 is rereby ratified and
adopted and the Mortgagors agree to abide by and be bound by the
terms and conditions thereof.
