If any monthly insiallment under this Note is not paid when due and remains unpaid after a date
speciHed by a noNce to Borrowu, the entire princlpal amount outstanding and accrued Interest thereon
shall at once become due and payable at the option of the Note holder. The date zpeciHed shall not be less
than thirty days trom ihe date such notice is mailed. The Note holder may exercise this option to
accelerate during any default by Borrower regardlesa of any prior forbearance. If suit is brought to collect
this Note. the Note holder shall be entitled to collect all reasonable costs and expenses of suit. including,
but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees.
Borro~+er shall pay to the ~Note holder a late charge of 55.00 or N~A percent of any monthly
installment not received by d~e Nute holder ~ithin 10 days aher the installment is due.
BorTOwer may prepay the principal amount outstanding in whole or in part. The Note holder may
require that any partlal prepayments (Ij be made on the date monthly installments are due and (il) be in
the amount of that part ot one o: more monthly Installrr~cnts which would be applicable to prlncipal. Any
partial prepayment shall be appljed agalnst the prlncipal amount outstanding and shall not postpone the
due date oF any subsequent monthly installments or change the amount of such installments, unless the
Note holder shall otherwise agree in writing.
Presentment. notice ot dishonor. and protest are hereby walved by all makers. sureties, guarantors
and endorsers hereot. This. ~Vote shall be the ~int and several obligation ot all makers. sureties.
guarantors and endorsers. and shall be binding upon them and thefr successors and assigns.
Any notice to Borrower provided tor In this Note shall be given by mailing such notice by certi(ied
mail addressed to Bocrower at the Property Addresa stated below. or to such other address as Borrower
may designate by notice to the Note hoider. Any notice to the Note hoider shall be given by mailing such
notice by certlfied mall. return receipt requested, to the Note holder at the address stated in the iirst
paragraph of this Note, or at cuch other address as may have been designated by notice to Borrower.
The indebtedness evidenced by thts Note Is secured by a Mortgage. dated ~C~~er .: ~ 1980
and reference is made to the Mortgage for rfghts as to acceleratfon of the Indebtedness evidenced by this
Note.
