FI~~AL ~JU~JGLMENT APID OR~ER This came on to be heard on this llth day of aecember 1980 upon the Plaintiff's Motion to Reduce Master's Report to Final Judgment and Motion to Tax Costs, and the Court having reviewed all of the reports of the Special Naster as submitted and having revie~ed the Court file as a whole and having received from the SpeEial t~aster the Special i~laster's hand-written notes made during the proceedings, and the Court having been otherwise advised in the premises, the Court finds: 1. That there was a employment contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant which provided, among other things, for a bonus based upon gross receipts above ~25,000.00 attributable to the Plaintiff's efforts, as more particularly described ;n re,~orts of th2 Special i~aster filed ~n this cause. 2. That gross receipts for work performed by the Plaintiff as contem- plated by the contract between the Plaintiff and the Defendant totaled ~29,183.42. ~ 3.
