3. Cefendant, ti E Gary is hereby ordered to pay the costs of this
action in the amount of ~4Q2.10 being the costs on the Plaintiff's Affidavit, the
Special iiaster's Affidavit and the Special t4aster's Amended Affidavit.
4. The Special ~Aaster shall file with this Court for judicial review
the Special Master's notes and memoranda, such notes and memoranda to be sealed by this
Court and to~emain sealed by this Court until further Order of this Court.
5. For all of which let execution issue.
