FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned jointly and severally
promise to pay to the order of GEORGE J. CRIST and ANNA M. CRIST,
his wife, the principal sum of Three Thousand Nine Hundred and
Twenty and no/100 Dollars ($3,920.00), together with intereat
thereon fran date at, the rate of fourteen percent (148) per
annum until maturity, payable at 28235 East Kalong, Southf ield
Michigan 48034, or at such other place as the holders hereof
may designate in writing, payable as follows:
The principal sum of $392.00, toqether with all accrued
interest is due and payable on or before December 22, 1981,
and $392.40, together with all accrued interest ie due and
payable on or before December 22nd of each year thereafter
until December 22, 1985, at which time the entire outstanding
principal balance, together with all accrued interest, shall
be due and payable. ~
THIS IS A BALLOON NC)TE .
Each maker and endorser severally waives detaand, protest
and notice of maturity, non-payment or protest and all.requirements
necessary to hold each of them liable as makers and endorsers.
This note may be prepaid in whole or in part at any tiuae
wfthout payment of penalty.
Each maker and endorser further aqrees, jointly and severally,
to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attorney's
fee in case the principal of this note or any payment on the
principal or any interest thereon is not paid at the resp2ctive
n-aturity thereof, or in case it becomes necessary to protect
the security hereof, whether suit be brouqht or not.
This note ie secured by a second mortgage of ev~en date
herewith and is to be construed and enforced according to the-
lawa of the State of Florida; upon default in the payment of
p~rincipal and/or interest when due, the whole sum of principal
and interest remaining unpaid shall, at the option of the holders,
becaae innmediate 2y due and payable .
