NOTICE IS GIVEN that a suit was instituted in the

Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, on the ~~~~
~day of January, 1981, by JENSEN BEACH BANK, Plaintiff, against
~CHESTER L. DAVIS and JULIA MAE DAVIS, his wife.
The property involved is that certain lot , Farcel or
piece of land situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida,
more particularly described as.follows:
A 0.0769 "/o undivided interest in fee
simple absolute as tenant in common
in the certain real property described
in the Master Form Deed of Turtle Reef
Condominiums 1, recorded in Official
Record Book 250, Page 2931, subject to
divestment as set forth in said Master
Form Deed and upon such divestment as
interval ownership consisting of Unit
Weeks 21 and 22 in Condominium C-8,
Consisting of Apartment Number C-8, and
its undivided share of the conmaon elements
of Turtle Reef Condominiumns 1 as such is
described in said Master Form Deed.
The relief sought in and by this suit is to foreclose
~rtgage on the above described property.
