This cause having come before this Iionorable Court for hearing
upon Third-Party Defendants', DEBORAH ANN HARDWICK and SOUTH CAROLINA
INSURANCE COMPANY, Motion to Dismiss and Motion for Transcription, and
further upon Defendants', JAMES ANDREW MULLIN and COLONIAL PENN INSUR-
ANCE COMPANY, ore tenus Motion to Amend by interlineation; the Court
having heard arguments of counsel and being otherwise advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED AN~ ADJUDGED:
1. Third-Party Defendants' Motion to Dismiss is QEN~ED. The
Third-Party Defendants shall have ten (10) days from the date of entry
of this Order within which to submit their defenses.
2. Third-Party Defendants' Motion for Transcription is grant~3.
3. Defendants' ore tenus Motion to Amend by interlineation is
granted; the last three (3) words in Defendants' Count I for contribu-
tion, paragraph one, are changed to read "Florida Statutes §768.31."
