D. , 19 (~ , a hearing wa held befd~e the Court with respect to the matters disposed of by this Order. Upon consideration, it is ORDERED Ai1D ADJUDGED as follows: 1. That the Motion for Conveyance of Real Property filed herein by the Plaintiffs, SAMUEL HARRIS and IDA MAE HARRIS, his wife, is granted; the original Final Judgment entered herein on June 4, 1980 required the Defendant, D.A.D., INC., to deliver to the Plaintiffs, SAML'EL HARRIS and IDA MAE HARRIS, his wife, a Warranty Deed covering Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, P~iagnolia Park Subdivision, St. Lucie County, Florida~ upon payment by the Plaintiffs to the Defendant of the sum of $152.44. The Plaintiffs have satisfied this obligation and are entitled to a Warranty Deed cahich has not been delivered by the Defendant, D.A.D., INC. Accordingly, this decree shall have the effect and operation at law and in equity, of such conveyance, so as to vest the Plaintiff, SAMUEL HAltRIS and IDA MAE HARRIS~ his wife, with fee simple absolute title to said premises. Furthermore, the Agreement for Deed dated August 15, 1968 shall with the entry of this Order be considered satisfied. 2. lhat the~Judgment taxing costs entered by this Court on September 7, 1980 in favor of the Plaintiffs and against the Defendant, D.A.D., INC., in the amount of $169.50 is satisfied. a~~3~7 p~~ ?8~ ~ _ ~ ~-~~ ~~ .~
