This cause coming on to be heard on Defendant's Motion to
Continue Subpoenas, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is
ORDERED that the Motion is hereby granted. Al1 witness sub-
ponenas issued and served herein for the trial period of January
5, 1981 will bind over until the trial period of March 2, 1981
as if the same had been personally served on such witnesses for
. the subsequent trial period.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County,
