RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of
the Wife, Henrietta Ruth Farineau, for a temporary restraining
order, restraining and enjoining the Husband, Eugene Fred Farineau,
from interfering with, molesting, harassing and using physical
violence on the Wife and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is therefore
ORDERED as follows:
l. The Husband, EUGENE FRED FARIN~AU, be anc~ he is
hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting,
harassing and using physical violence on the Wife, HENRIETTA RUTH
FARINEAU.
2. Al1 ar-d singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida
are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may be neces-
sary in insuring t~he Husband's compliance with this Order without
further order of this Court.
