& Light Company, its ticensees, agents. successors, and assigns. an easement torever for the construction, operation and
maintenance of overhead and underguund electric utility feciUties (including wires, poks, guys, cabks, conduits and appur-
tenant equipment) to be instaAed from time to time; with the right to reconstrucl, improve, add to, enlarge, change the size of
and remove such facilities or any of them, on the property described as foAows:

Commencing at a point in the centerline of State Road A-1-A
and on the North line of the South 815.66 feet of Government
Lot 5 of Section 11, Township 37 South, Range 41 East;
thence run S 89° SS' S1" E~54.69 feet to a point on the
Easterly right of way line of State Road A-1-A; thence run
along said right of way line 725.O~feet to the Point of
Beginning.
