good and valuable consideration, the adequacy and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grant and give to Florida Power
d~ l.~ght Company, its licensees, agents. successurs. and assigns. an easement forever for the construction, operation and
maintenance of overhead and underground electric utility facilities (incfuding wires, poles, guys. cables, conduits and appur-
tenant equipment) to be installed trom time to time; with the rig~t to reconstruct, improve. add to. enlarge, change the size of
and ~emove such facilities or anp uf them, on the property described as folluws:
A 10 foot wide utility easement more particularly described
as the Southerly 10 feet of Lot 16 of Kitching Cove Estates
as recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida lying in Section 15, Township 37 South, Range 40
East.

cable and conduit w~thin the right of way anJ to operate the same for communications purposes with the rig)~t of ingress
and egress to said premises at all times, tu clear the land and keep it cleared of all trees, undergrowtli or other obstructions
within the easemcnt area; to trim and cut and keep trimmed and cut all dead, weal:, leaning or dangerous trees or limbs
outsicfe of the easement area which might interfere with or fall upon the lines or systems of cummunications or power trans-
mission or distribution. and further grants, to the fullest extent the undersigned has the power to grant. if at all, the rights
hereinabove ~ranted on the land hcretofore describeJ, over, aiong and under the roads, streets ~r highways adjoining or
through said property.
