PETITION FOR ORDER AUTHORIZING
SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
COMES NOW, the Petitioner, RICHARD H. LABBEE, as Personal Repre-
sentative o f this Estate, alleges:
1. One of the assets of the estate is real property described
as follows:
Lot 5, Block 6, SURFSIDE, UNIT ONE (1), according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, at
Page 17, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
2. Petitioner has received an offer to purchase the~described
real property upon the terms and conditions as per the Contract attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
3. Petitioner considers that it is for the best interest of the
estate and of those int~rested in it that the real property described
be sold at the price and upon the~terms in said Contract.
4. The only persons having an interest in this proceeding and
their respective addresses are:
Patricia E. Cady, 60 School Street, Hatfield, Mass.
Frances K. Labbee, 4 Pleasantview Drive, Hatfield, Mass.
Dolores H. Labbee, 23 Elm Street, Hatfield, I-iass.
Beverly Labbee, 11 Primrose Path, Hatfield, Mass.
Richard H. Labbee, 4 Pleasantview Drive, Hatfield, Mass.
Charles A. Labbee, 23 Elm Street, Hatfield, Mass.
James F. Labbee, 11 Primrose Path, Hatfield, Mass.
Petitioner requests that an order be entered authorizing petitioner,
as Personal Representative, to sell the descri bed real property upon t he
terms recited, at private sale, and to execute all instruments and
documents necessary to effect such sale and petitioner waives service
of a copy of this petition and notice of further proceedings on this
petition.
