PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representatives of the
above estate, allege:
1. The decedent, WALTER LAGERHAUSEN, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on March 25, 1979, and Letters
of Administration were issued to Petitioners on May 8, 1979.
2. Petitioners file herewith either a final account-
ing containing a complete report of all receipts and disburse-
ments since the commencement of administration of this estate,
or since the date of the last accounting filed herein, if any,
or waivers signed by all.interested persons, other than
Petitioners, waiving the filing of a final accounting.
3. Petitioners have fully administered this estate
by making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all
claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making
provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses of ad-
ministration.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be
paid to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants,
appraisers or other agents employed by the personal represen-
tatives is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
S. Petitioners have filed aZl required estate tax
returns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Depart-
ment of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and
filed with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this
estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes,
if any.
