LETTERS OF GUARDIANSHIP
WHEREAS, SHIRLEY S. HOTCHKISS, was appointed Guardian of
the property of GABRIEL M. ANDERSON by the undersigned Circuit.
Judge on the /~ day of ~ ~ , 19~; and
. WHEREAS, the above-named Guardian has taken the prescribed
oath and given bond ordered by the Court, as required by Law
and is entitled to Letters of Guardianship;
NOW, TNEREFORE, I, the undersigned Judge of the above
entitled C~urt. declare SHIRLEY S. HOTCHKISS to be duly qualifiei
under the Laws of the State of Florida to act as Guardian of
the property of GARBRIEL M. A-VDERSON, incompetent, under the
I.aws of this State because of his minority, with full power to
ask, demand, sue for, recover and receive any assets belonging
to the imcompetent, if any, as far as the assets of his Estate
will permit and the Law direct, and to protect the interests of
the incompetent and his Estate according to Law, and to render
due accounts of his Guardinship.
