THIS PROCEEDING was heard on the Petition for discharge of
the guardian of the person, JOSEPHINE BASS MORGAN, of JOHN YEARSLEY,
incompetent; notice of hearing on said petition having been waived
by all persons entitled to same, and the Court being satisfied that
the guardian of the person has faithfully discharged the duties as
such guardian, it is
ADJUDGED that sa~d guardian of the person is discharged and
the surety on the guardian's bond, if any, is released from further
liability.
