Upon the transfer or failure to oontinue to reside in tt~e premises, principal shall bear interest at the

and protest. If this Note is not paid at maturity and the same is placed with an attorney for collection, the
makers and endors~rs hereof agree to pay all costs of collection, including all cowt costs and reasonable
attorney's fees.
