Face amo~nt of this note and mortgage payable with interest thereon,
from this date, at the rate of twelve per cent (12%) per annwn in the
follawing manner:
Interest only payments of S234.00 per month for twelve months followed
by one principal payment of $8,600.00 due one year fran this date.
Thereafter the balance of ~14,800.00 shall be payable at the same -
