BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally appeared
INGEBORG E. PLAPPERT who upon first being duly sworn, did depose
and say:
1. That SHE is the unremarried surviving spouse
of RLIDOLF l_ P~APPERT who departed this life on SeUtember 15, 1976 .
2. That SHE and the said RUDOLF J. PLAPPERT
were the grantees in the cer[ain warranty deed of conveyance to RUDOLF J.
PLAPPERT and INGEBORG E. PLAPPERT, his wife, filed on May 9, 1973
and recorded in OR BOOk 213„ pdqe 2766 in the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, wherein the above described real property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, $HE vas marrieJ

to the said RUDOLF J. PLAPPERT and that said marital relationship con-
tinued without interruptlon until the death of the said RUDOLF J. PLAPPERT .
