20. A~nmeal of ReN~ Appointment ot Receire~. As additional security hereunde~, Borrower hereby assigns to

ment of the Property. have the right to collxt and retain such rents as they become due and payabk.
Upon acceleration under paragnph 18 hereof or abandonment ot the Propeny, Lende~ shall be e~titlcd to have a
rcceiver appointed by a oourt to enter upon. take pusseuio~ of a~d manage the Propeny a~d to collect the rcnts of the -
Propeny. including those past due. All rents collectod bY the roceiver shall be appliod Brst ta payme~t of the costs of
ma~agement of the Property and collection of rents, including, but not limited to, receiver's fees, premiums on receiver's
bonds a~d reasonabk attorney's foa, and then to the sums securod by this Mortgage. The receiver shall be liable to accou~t
only for those rents actually received. -
21. F~re Ad~aaces. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the date of this
Mongage. may make Futurc Advances to Borrower. Such Futurc Adva~ces, with interest thereon. shall be securcd by this
Mortgage when evidenoed by promissory notes stating that said nota arc securcd hereby. At no time shall the principal
