Upon acceleration under paragraph 18 heroof or abandonment of the Property, I.ender shall be entitled to have a
receiver appointed by a court to enter upon, take posussion ot and ma~age the Property and to collect the rents of the
Property. including those past due. All rcots collectod by the rcceive~ shall be applied first to payment of the costs of
management of the Pmpeny and collection of rents, including, but not limited to, rcceiver's fees, premiums on receiver's
bonds and rcasonable attorney's fees, and then to the sums secured by this Mortgage. 'il~e receiver shall be liable to accouM
only for those rents actually received.
21. ~ntuee Ad~soca. Upon rcquest by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from Ihe date of this
Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances. with interest thereon, shall be secured by this
Mortgage when evidenced by promissory nota stating that said notes arc secured hereby. At ~o time shall the principal _
amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage. not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to protect the
