The property involved is that certain lot, parcel, or
piece of land situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 1053, Section II, and Lot 885, Section II, in
that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR RESORTS
OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by the Plat
recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in
Plat Book 16, pages 1, lA through 1J.

liens for unpaid condominium assessments encumbering the above-
described property and the decreeing of a sale of the property
under the di~ection of the Court in default of the payment of
the amount found Co be due the Plaintiff for said unpaid assess-
ments, and for other and further and general relief as set
forth in the Complaint.
