THIS CAUSE having come on before me upon the riotion to
Withdraw as Counsel.filed herein by FEE, KOBLEGARD & TEEL, P. A.,
Attorneys of Record for the Defendant, FRANK DeTH02iAS CONSTRUCTIOtl,
INC., a ~`lorida co~poration, and after having heard all the evidence
and after having considered argument of counsel, and the Court
finding a lack of cooperation on the part of the Defendant, FRANK
DeTHOMAS CONSTRUCTION, INC., it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDG~D that said Motion to ~Vithdraw as
Counsel is hereby granted.
The Defendant, FRANK DeTHOMAS CONSTRUCTION, INC., being
a Florida corporation, r.iust obtain other counsel to represent it
in this cause on or before February 1, 1981, otherwise, said Defendant
will be subject to the entry of a default against it for failure to
have so obtained counsel. ~
Until such time as Defendant, FRANK DeTHOMAS COi1STRUCTION,
INC., has obtained further counsel, all further service upon the
said Defendant may be had by showing the last address of Frank
DeThomas, to-wit: 115 N. E. Caprona Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida,
33452. ~
