ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the Pet~tion for Settlement
of a Minor's Claim. Said Petition was signed by the natural parents
of the minor child and by counsel for the Plaintiffs. Upon
consideration of said Petition and being otherwise advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Settlement of the
Minor's Claim against the Defendants be granted. The Plaintiff,
Donald Skelton, as natural guardian of Michelle Skelton, a minor, is
hereby authorized to collect the amount of said settlement and to
execute any and all instruments necessary to effect the settlement.
DONE D ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
the day of January, A.D., 1981. ~
