THIS CAUSE having come to be heard on Plaintiff's Motion
for Default, and after due notice, argument of counsel, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is:
OR'DfiRED AND ADJUDGED that :
1. Plaintiff's Motion for Default is denied.
2. As a sanction for having failed to file an answer to
the Plaintiff's complaint within the time allotted by this Cour•t,
the Defendants are hereby ordered to pay to the Plaintiff Seventy
Five Dollars ($75.00). •
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at St. Lucie County, Florida,
