ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, SUN BANK OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, be and it is hereby allowed to f~le
an amended complaint in accordance with its motion to
amend.and Defendants, LOWELL A. SASSER and JUDITH L.
SASSER, his wife, shall have twenty (20) days from the
date of filing the amended complaint within which to
file a responsive pleading.
