ORDER FOR TRANSCRIPTION
Upon motion of the Third-Party Defendants for prepara-
tion of a transcript herein, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaws:
1. That Dolores L. Parker., competent and qualified
individual, is hereby appointed to transcribe that portion
of the electronically-recorded proceedings of St. Lucie_
County Case Number 80-3610TT where the above-named Defendant,
JAMES ANDREW MULLIN, and other witnesses testified before
the Court on April 22, 1980.
2. That upon completion of certification thereof,
the original and two copies shall be filed with the Clerk
of this Court, and she shall be paid by the Third-Party
Defendants the sum of $2.75 for the original and two copies
of each such page as shall have been transcribed and filed
herein. As soon as the total charge for such transcript
is known, it shall be submitted to the attorney for the
Third-Party Defendants. -
