FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 12th day of January,
1981, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
s
the parties and subjec t matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~`1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY: Custody of CHERYL BLANTON, Age 13 years,
D~BORAH BLANTON, Age 12 years, and ANITA BLANTON, Age 10 years, minor
children of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner, LINDA
DOREEN BLANTON.
3. RESTORATION OF NAME: LINDA DOREEN BLANTON be and
she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of LINDA DOREEN
PEARSON and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had
not intervened.
4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as
may be proper.
5. The above named parties both agree that there is no
personal or real property to be divided. '
