FINAL JUDGMENT
OF
DISSOLUTI0I~OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 15th day of
January, 1981, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the witnesses, and the Husband having with-
drawn hi.s Motion to Compel filed herein, finds and determines: This
Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved; that the parties have entered into a Property Settlement
Agreement and that it is in the best interest of the child of the party
that custody be awarded to the Father. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between VERNON RAY TUSTIN,
Husband, and LYNDA LEE TUSTIN, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obli-
gations arising therefron.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the one minor male child~ to-wit:
JARED DUANE TUSTItd,-d.o.b. September 3, 1969, is hereby awarded to the
Husband, with reasonable visitation rights granted to the Wife. Said
rights of visitation shall be liberally construed.
3. MUTUAL RESTRAINING ORDER. The parties, and each of them
are hereby ordered to refrain from assaulting, battering, injuring,
annoying~ harassing, or otherwise interfering with the other in any
