4. MARITAL RESIDENCE. The Husband shall be granted possession
of the marital residence up to and including the month of June, 1982,
in order to provide a stable home for the child of the parties. The
marital residence shall, thereafter, be placed upon the market for
sale to be sold at a reasonable price and the net proceeds divided
equally between the parties.
5. MARITAL BILLS: The joint marital bills incurred during
tha term of this marriage shall be paid pursuant to the Property
Settlement Agreement filed herein provided, however, that the Husband
shall be given credit for one-half of all joint marital bills paid
by him since September 10. 1980. which was the date the parties
separated.
6. PROPERTY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. The terms of the Property
Settleme~it Agreement filed herein which are not inconsistent with the
terms of this Final Judgment set forth above~ shall be and they are
hereby incorporated by reference and the parties atid each of them
are ordered to abide by the terms thereof.
